		Membership Agreement

1-	Parties
The following terms and provisions shall constitute the membership agreement (Agreement) between Global Tourism Club and the member (You or the Member).

Minors:
Global Tourism Club does not aim at or wish to be used by any person whose age is less than 18 years. By using the website you admit that your age is at least 18. In case you are less than 18, you are not supposed to enter or register in Global Tourism Club, and Global Tourism Club retains the right to terminate your membership if it comes to its knowledge that you are less than 18. Services of Global Tourism Club shall be provided only to those persons who are capable to enter into binding applicable legal agreements. Services of Global Tourism Club shall not be provided to those members whose membership is permanently or temporarily terminated. If you can not fulfill the afore-mentioned terms and conditions you are kindly requested not to use services of Global Tourism Club. In the meantime, your username and password shall neither be transferred nor sold to any other organization.

2-	Privileges
During the term of your membership, Global Tourism Club shall provide offers and services related to tourism and travel, including travel opportunities to a city and / or country (privileges). Global Tourism Club provides its services exclusively to its members, and such privileges shall not be transferable. Many privileges shall be provided to those qualified among a member's guests as provided in this agreement and all contracts with regard to such privileges should be finalized through                                 Global Tourism Club office or through its websites www.gtc.travel / www.globaltourismclub.com / www.thetourismclub.com (Website). All members shall need to provide Global Tourism Club with their membership data in order to use any of such privileges.
All privileges shall be conditioned with their availability in Global Tourism Club and the agents thereof who shall retain their right to withdraw, limit, amend or restrict provision of any privilege at any time. Every privilege shall also be subject to applicable terms and conditions that shall be separately provided.

3-	Annual membership fees
Membership in Global Tourism Club shall be conditioned with paying the annual membership fees that may be altered or amended at renewal from time to time.

4-	Membership
Your membership shall commence as of the date of accepting your application by Global Tourism Club (Membership date), and will expire after twelve (12) months of that date unless your membership application provides otherwise. Membership shall automatically be renewed, year after year, by Global Tourism Club entitled to collecting annual membership fees through your credit card specified by you.

5-	Termination of membership by the Global Tourism Club
Global Tourism Club shall be entitled to terminate your membership at any time at its own sole discretion. In such case Global Tourism Club shall return the remaining amount of the membership fees collected through your credit card specified by you.

6-	Termination of membership by member
You shall be entitled to terminate your membership in Global Tourism Club within (10) days of starting the membership for any reason. In such case Global Tourism Club shall return the total amount remaining of the membership fees after deducting 25% as administrative expenses. You shall also be entitled to terminate your membership at any time thirty (10) days after commencement of your membership, but without being entitled to refunding the annual membership fees.

7-	Consequences of membership termination
As soon as membership is terminated you shall not be entitled to receive any additional privileges from Global Tourism Club except those privileges already bought and paid for during your membership, and the termination of membership no effect thereupon. Such bought privileges shall remain subject to the terms and conditions thereof applicable during your membership.

8-	Contacts
All membership data, without specifying offers of Global Tourism Club membership through the monthly specialized electronic bulletin, the quarterly specialized bulletin, fees change messages, promotion ads of Global Tourism Club, its agents and suppliers shall all be communicated through email unless you wish to be contacted by ordinary mail at a postal address given to Global Tourism Club, and you allow Global Tourism Club to act as appropriate. Moreover, you agree that any amendments or changes to this agreement on the website shall be considered a sufficient warning to you. You also agree to inform Global Tourism Club of any change or amendment to your postal address, email address or any other relevant data.

9-	Limitation of liability
Neither Global Tourism Club nor any of its agents, supplies or employees shall be liable with regard to providing you any privileges, and you shall not consider them liable with regard to any claim related to any service provided. You also agree that any claim shall be against those providing the privilege and not against Global Tourism Club, and that the sole obligation of Global Tourism Club shall be with regard to the amount you pay and that Global Tourism Club does not explicitly or implicitly, verbally or in writing, warrant, except what is provided for by the agreement, any value or privilege, or the quality or quantity thereof, that can be provided by Global Tourism Club.

10-	Copyright
Any other use of the contents and programs on the website, including display, distribution, modification, re-publication, copying or transmitting from the website shall be strictly prohibited.
The content may be used as a source of information on tourism, travel, organization, drawings, logos, assemblies, magnetic translation, digital transformation and any other matter relevant matter protected by virtue of local and international copyright protection laws and conventions, (including, but not limited to, the copy rights), printing, publication and recirculation. You shall be prohibited from using or publishing all the afore-mentioned and any part of the website except what is allowed by section 11. You shall not claim any property rights to any content, document or any material displayed on the website. Delivering information or materials on the website shall not be considered relinquishing of the rights associated with such information or materials.
Global Tourism Club respects the intellectual property rights of others and calls upon you to do the same. If you notice any violation of copyrights you are kindly requested to send the following information to Global Tourism Club:
1)	A real or electronic signature of the licensee to represent owner of the copyrights published,
2)	Description of the material the intellectual property right of which was violated,
3)	Place on the website of the material you claim the intellectual property rights of which was violated,
4)	Your address, phone number and email address,
5)	A statement that you believe bona fide that the disputed use is not licensed by the real owner, his agent or the law,
6)	A statement in which you confirm that you know the punishment of perjury, that the information in your notice are correct, that you are the real owner of protected copyrights or licensed to work on behalf of the real owner of such rights.

11-	Limitation of use
Perusal, printing or downloading of any graphic, drawing or document on the website shall give you a limited use only, and a tacit and a non exclusive license to use the content for personal use and not for republishing, distributing, re-licensing, selling or preparing any derived works. It shall also be prohibited to re-present any content or document in any form using any retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, for a purpose other than your personal use only( but not for re-selling or redistribution).

12-	Restrictions and prohibition of use
Licensing you entry to or use of the website and the information thereon, (content and information) shall be bound by the following restrictions on use: You shall be prohibited to (a) copy (except within the limits provided in section 11 above), republish, display, distribute, send, sell, rent, lend or provide in any form or by any means, all or part of the website or any of its contents or materials retrieved therefrom, (b) using the website or any content thereof to develop a component or information, a storage or retrieval system, a database, an information base or any similar system in any existing or expected mass media, including any direct sale, licensing, rent, subscription or any other commercial distribution mechanism , (c) creating or assembly of works derived from any content or material on the website, (d) using any content on the website to the extent of violating any copyright, intellectual property right or ownership right of a third party, (e) moving, changing or hiding any copyright notice, property notice or website usage provisions, (f) enabling any part of the website through timesharing, internet service, office or any other technology existent or might be existent in the future, (g) moving, adapting or reverting any programs website, using a surveillance network or programs to discover the website structure, (h) collecting information from the website manually or automatically, (i) using the website in collecting information with a view to sending (1) commercial emails (2) emails that use page heading, fake domains or websites and misleading addresses, (3) telephone calls or faxes, (j) using the website in a way that violates any applicable local or international laws, (k) exporting or re-exporting the website or any part thereof or a program available on the website in violation of local and international laws.

13-	Portals and links
a)	Portals 
In addition to the general warning to all users, Global Tourism Club does not claim any relation in any form with any other websites that you can access through the website or that may be linked thereto. When you enter another website you should understand that it is an independent website and that Global Tourism Club has no control over such website or its content. Moreover, the link to any website does not mean that Global Tourism Club believes in or bears responsibility for the content or the use thereof. Global Tourism Club shall not be legally liable for any loss or damage resulting from using or depending upon the goods or services available on such website or any similar source. Any matter related to any outside link should be directed to its website director.
b)	Links to other websites
You may provide the website with links provided that: (a) you do not remove, stop, move or cover an ad, copyright notice or another warning by framing or any other means, (b) your websites should not be bear pornographic or other illegal activities, (c) you stop providing the website with links as soon as Global Tourism Club so demands.
c)	Third party content
Content of the third party may appear on or be accessed through a link on Global Tourism Club. In such case, Global Tourism Club shall not be responsible for any violation of the law, allegation, neglect, obscenity, pornography or deformation of information. (Any representation or form that includes content) You understand that the information and the opinions included in a third party content shall only represent the author's viewpoint and do not necessarily reflect that of Global Tourism Club.

14-	Governing law and jurisdiction
These provisions as well as the rights and obligations between you and Global Tourism Club “The Parties” shall be subject to various applicable laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain regardless of the conflict of laws. In case a dispute arises between you and Global Tourism Club, both parties agree that such dispute shall be put to final and irrevocable arbitration of the GCC Arbitration Center in Bahrain as per the rules applied in settling commercial disputes. All disputes that may arise between you and Global Tourism Club shall be settled by arbitration and not by law courts or mediators. Both parties to the agreement agree that pursuant to this method neither of them shall be entitled to go to any court and that this provision shall remain valid in case the agreement expires or is terminated.

15-	Modification of agreement
Global Tourism Club shall be entitled to modify or amend the terms and conditions of membership, privileges, rules, systems, annual membership fees or any other fees at any time, from time to time, without previous warning, moreover, Global Tourism Club shall be entitled to terminate the agreement at any time, and in such case you will be entitled to refund the amount of annual membership fees equal to the remaining period.
